The NW Art & Air Festival, to be held on August 26 – 28, in Albany, Oregon, will partner with the Rotary Club of Albany for the first time this year to host a character balloon in the shape of a Panda’s head.
This balloon will help raise money for Rotary International’s fight to eradicate Polio worldwide. The members of the Rotary Club of Albany are selling raffle tickets, for a chance to win a ride in the Panda Balloon at the festival. Only 250 raffle tickets have been printed. Cost is $20 each.
